We manufacture Aluminium Castings for several Transport Industries: Bus, Rail and Commercial Vehicles. Castings are made for prototype testing, pre-production and final main volume production for many types of Aluminium Castings, including Diesel engine housings, engine mounts, alternator components, inlet and exhaust manifolds.

Our experience over the years of taking a customer’s initial design and getting a prototype component for testing and using that experience to provide production tooling and castings with the best cost route has been a great benefit to our customers.

Bus Transportation:

Assisting in the reduction on costs of fabrication and coach work by designing Aluminium Casting solutions to reduce the number of parts and reduce the component manufacturing costs. Making the very best from the casting design has been a great help in this important industry.

Hand Railing systems, window brackets , doors, locks and seating castings have been produced by our Aluminium Foundry.

Rail Transportation:

Diesel engine castings, gearbox castings, interior seating and hand railing, track signalling and communications. This industry requires castings made to high quality specifications, which we have successfully supplied to our customers.

Our work with manufacturers in the after sales and restoration of Classic Cars and Motorcycles has helped enthusiasts and specialists to keep their vehicles in good order and additionally developing castings for the ever growing classic/ vintage racing circuit.
