Alpac Alloys Ltd was established in 1989, in Burton on Trent , when the business partners first came together with a broad knowledge and experience of the Casting industry with the idea of making an Aluminium Foundry able to make high quality castings. Initially as a prototyping development business to assist the already established tool making business. Very quickly we found there was a need for high quality Aluminium Castings that other foundries found difficult to make and had many reasons not to be able to delivery on time.

By 1996 the business needed new bigger premises and so the move to the present site at Dale Street, Burton on Trent. New plant and equipment was invested in to make bigger and better castings by both the Sand Casting and Gravity Die Casting Process. We have continued to invest in equipment and training to ensure we can serve our customers and have capacity for new customers and new projects.
